Scottish Deerhound

The Scottish Deerhound is a tall lean sighthound capable of great speed and agility. They have a rough wire coat on their head and neck but a softer coat on the underbelly. Given their speed they should always be kept on a leash or in a fenced in area. With enough exercise and mental stimulation they make wonderful pets.
