Hartz Recalls Dog Treats

Another salmonella Scare! 

The Hartz Mountain Corporation has recalled 75,000 treats for potential contamination of salmonella.   A specific lot (code BZ0969101E) of their Hartz Naturals Real Beef Treats for Dogs has been fully recalled and the company is working with the FDA.  No dogs have become sick yet but you should check any 8-oz bags that have the UPC 32700-11519.  You can contact the company directly at 1-800-275-1414 any time if you have questions or go to their website: www.hartz.com.
